The Haunted Pizano is the Haunted Group’s thirteenth property and their most refined concept yet. This authentic Italian pizzeria brings the art of stone-fired, hand-crafted pizzas and fresh, house-made pastas to Jerome. Our robust, rotating specials menu highlights local and seasonal ingredients, unique seafood, and select cuts of meat, allowing guests to experience innovative takes on Italian cuisine by Executive Chefs Michelle Jurisin and Eric Jurisin Jr., alongside our selection of customer favorites.

Step inside, and you’ll be transported to a place where the old world meets the vibrant energy of today. The Haunted Pizano’s rich aesthetic is defined by charcoal and deep red hues, natural wood, and steel accents, creating a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. Playful Italian gangster motifs and skeleton decor nod to Jerome’s haunted history, adding whimsy to the space. With only 12 tables, including 8 intimate booths inside, 3 patio booths, and a private upstairs table for up to 10 guests, The Haunted Pizano offers a cozy, exclusive dining experience.
Our open kitchen showcases the artistry of pasta-making, with hand-made noodles hanging in full view, and a stone-fired pizza oven that allows you to watch your stone-fired pizza as it bakes to perfection.
History Lives Here
Housed in Jerome’s oldest building, The Haunted Pizano occupies a space rich in history, once home to the Pony Express and later the Jerome Fire Station. Purchased by the Jurisin family in 1996, the building has seen many incarnations, including The Jerome Brewery and Grapes Restaurant. Today, it is a testament to The Haunted Group’s ongoing legacy in transforming Jerome into a destination for world-class dining.
